Our production facility covers more than 5,000 m² and employs more than 100 people. The factory is equipped with dedicated production and testing equipment for petroleum dispensing products. Two fuel dispenser production lines are in operation, with annual production exceeding 20,000 fuel nozzles.

Production & Quality Control Workflow
Production follows a seven-step process covering order confirmation, component preparation, assembly, testing, packaging, and shipment.
Technical Confirmation
Customer requirements are confirmed before production, including exterior finish, logo, voltage, and equipment configuration.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Sheet metal components are processed for the equipment enclosure and prepared for subsequent assembly.
Electronic Component Testing
Circuit boards and electronic components are inspected before assembly. Aging tests are carried out on the relevant components before they enter production.
Line Assembly
Inspected components are assembled on the production line according to the confirmed equipment configuration and production schedule.
Functional Testing
Completed equipment is tested before shipment. Inspection covers operating functions such as automatic nozzle shut-off, fuel flow rate, and metering accuracy.
Export Packaging
Finished equipment is packed in wooden crates for overseas transportation. The machine base is secured to the crate to reduce movement during handling and shipping.
Shipment
Equipment is shipped through the customer's designated carrier or arranged international freight service according to the agreed delivery requirements.
