Compact Fuel Gas Station
LPQZ Compact Fuel Gas Station combines fuel storage, pumping, metering and dispensing functions in one compact unit. It supports gasoline, diesel and kerosene, with single- or double-layer tank configurations and a flow rate of 5–50 L/min.
Product Overview
LPQZ Compact Fuel Gas Station combines fuel storage, pumping, metering and dispensing functions in one compact unit. It supports gasoline, diesel and kerosene, with single- or double-layer tank configurations and a flow rate of 5–50 L/min.
Compact Fuel Station Design
Integrated Fueling Unit
The station combines the fuel tank, pump, flow meter, dispensing nozzle and control/display components into one compact fueling system.
Compact Equipment Layout
The integrated configuration reduces the space required for separate fuel storage, pumping and dispensing equipment, making the unit suitable for sites where a conventional station layout is impractical.
Main Components
Fuel Storage Tank
The station uses a steel fuel storage tank in single-layer or double-layer construction. Tank capacity and other tank dimensions should be selected according to the required fuel storage volume and project layout.
Fuel Pump
The fuel pump transfers fuel from the storage tank into the dispensing line. The pump configuration is matched to the specified fuel type and station flow requirements.
Flow Meter
The flow meter measures the volume of fuel delivered during dispensing. The listed metering accuracy is 0.25%.
Hose & Dispensing Nozzle
The hose and dispensing nozzle provide the fuel connection between the metering system and the vehicle or receiving equipment. Nozzle quantity is confirmed according to the required fueling configuration.
Dispensing & Display System
The dispensing system controls the fueling operation and displays dispensing information through the LCD display and 775 system.
Fueling Flow Path
Fuel Storage Tank → Fuel Pump → Flow Meter → Hose & Nozzle → Dispensing & Display System

Tank Structure
Single-Layer Tank
A single-layer tank provides the basic fuel storage structure for applications where this tank configuration meets the project requirements.
Double-Layer Tank
A double-layer tank adds a secondary tank layer around the primary fuel storage tank. It can be selected where additional containment is required by the project specification.
Selection Consideration
The appropriate tank structure should be determined by the project requirements, site conditions and applicable local requirements. Single-layer and double-layer configurations should not be treated as interchangeable options for every installation.
Applications
Private Fleet Fueling
The station can be used for refueling company-owned vehicles at fleet yards and other private fueling locations.
Industrial & Construction Sites
It is suitable for projects that need gasoline, diesel or kerosene dispensing and have limited space for fueling equipment.
Remote Fuel Supply Points
The compact unit can serve as a fuel supply point at remote sites where conventional fueling facilities are not available.
Quality Control
Tank Fabrication Inspection
The fuel tank is inspected for welding quality, fabrication condition and the specified single-layer or double-layer construction.
Tank Configuration Check
The tank capacity and specified tank configuration are checked against the confirmed order requirements.
Fueling System Test
The pump, flow meter, hose and dispensing nozzle are checked as an integrated fuel delivery system to verify fuel transfer and dispensing operation.
Metering Check
The flow meter is checked against the specified 0.25% metering accuracy.
Final Configuration Verification
The completed station is checked against the confirmed fuel type, tank structure, tank capacity, nozzle configuration, power supply and display system.
