Configuration Options
Cabinet Dimensions
The dispenser cabinet measures 1038 × 430 × 2070 mm. The 430 mm cabinet depth can be considered when planning dispenser placement and installation space.
Pump Configuration
The 32A Series is available with 2 or 4 fuel pumps. Self-priming and submersible pump configurations can be selected according to the station's fuel supply system and installation arrangement.
Hose & Fuel Product Configuration
The dispenser can be configured for 1–4 hoses and 1–2 fuel products. Gasoline, diesel and kerosene configurations are available according to the required fueling setup.
Low-Noise Operation & Transaction Protection
Low-Noise Pump Structure
A silent pump body and internal noise-reduction structure help reduce operating noise during fuel dispensing.
Transaction Monitoring
Dispensing data can be recorded and monitored to support transaction control and review of abnormal operating conditions.
Operating Noise
The specified operating noise level is ≤70 dB(A). The noise-reduction structure is intended to reduce pump and dispensing noise during normal operation.
Fueling System Components
Metering & Pumping
The hydraulic system uses a flow meter for fuel measurement and a gear pump for fuel delivery. An explosion-proof motor drives the pump assembly, while a solenoid valve controls fuel flow.
Fueling Assembly
The dispensing assembly includes the nozzle, fuel hose, sensor and keypad for fuel dispensing and operator input.
Hydraulic Configuration
Tatsuno-type configuration is available as standard. Tokheim-type and Bennett-type configurations are available for selected specifications.
The applicable pump and meter configuration should be confirmed according to the required dispenser model and hydraulic setup.
Functional Options
Card-Based Operation
IC card systems and RFID card readers are available for configurations requiring card-based fueling or identification.
Transaction & Operator Functions
A built-in receipt printer, metal keypad and voice announcement function are available as optional configurations.
Oil Vapor Recovery
Oil vapor recovery can be included for applications requiring vapor recovery equipment.
Configuration Confirmation
Optional functions should be confirmed together with the dispenser configuration before production to ensure compatibility with the selected pump, hose and fueling setup.
OEM & Private Label Customization
Branding & Cabinet
Customer logos, cabinet colors and external cabinet appearance can be customized for private-label orders.
Dispenser Configuration
The dispenser configuration can be specified according to hose quantity, fuel products, pump type and selected functional options.
Electrical & Interface Requirements
Electrical requirements, display language, payment or identification functions and applicable communication interfaces can be reviewed according to the project requirements.
Market-Specific Configuration
Configuration can be matched to the intended destination market, including required dispenser functions, electrical requirements and applicable certification or metrology documentation.
Factory Testing & Certifications
Functional Testing
Configured functions such as IC card operation, receipt printing, vapor recovery and voice announcement are checked according to the confirmed order configuration.
Final Configuration Check
Each dispenser is checked against the confirmed order specifications before shipment, including pump type, hose quantity, fuel product configuration and selected options.
Documentation
An operating manual is supplied with the equipment. Additional product and certification documents can be provided according to the confirmed configuration and destination market.
