System Configuration

The Auto Tank Gauge system consists of a monitoring unit, tank level probe and associated safety barrier where required by the hazardous-area configuration. The final configuration depends on the number of tanks, tank depth, monitored liquid and installation conditions.

Monitoring Unit
Serves as the central interface for tank data, configuration settings, alarm functions and station management.

Tank Level Probe
Installed in the storage tank to provide liquid level, water level and temperature measurement data. Probe selection should correspond to tank depth and required measuring range.

Safety Barrier
A Zener type safety barrier is specified as associated equipment for the listed Ex ia IIA T5 Ga configuration.

Configuration Confirmation
Before ordering, confirm the tank quantity, tank dimensions or depth, monitored liquid, probe requirements and hazardous-area installation conditions to determine the required system configuration.

Multi-Tank Tank Monitoring

1–6 Tank Monitoring

One Auto Tank Gauge monitors 1–6 storage tanks through a centralized monitoring interface, allowing operators to view connected tank data from one system.

Liquid, Water and Temperature Measurement

The system monitors tank liquid level and water level and provides average product temperature data for connected storage tanks. The tank gauge supports a 500–6000 mm measuring range, with 0.01 mm resolution for both oil level and water level.

Centralized Tank Status

Tank measurement data is displayed through the ATG monitoring interface, providing a centralized view of connected storage tanks for routine station operation.

Tank Configuration & Station Management

Tank Settings

The ATG interface provides tank setting functions for configuring parameters according to the connected storage tanks.

Tank Table Generation

The tank table generation function establishes the relationship between measured tank level and tank data for tank-level management.

Station Operating Functions

The system integrates station management functions including automated invoicing and shift handovers, allowing relevant operating information to be handled through the ATG interface.

Alarm & Abnormal Condition Monitoring

Leak Detection Alarm
The system provides leak detection alarm functions for identifying tank-related leakage conditions and displaying corresponding alarm indications.

Liquid-Level Alerts
Level alerts can be configured according to the required tank monitoring conditions, allowing operators to receive warnings when specified level conditions are reached.

Abnormal Condition Warning
The ATG provides warning indications for abnormal tank conditions that require operator attention.
