Core Functions

Fuel Inventory Monitoring: Provides real-time product level measurements to help operators monitor fuel inventory and understand changes in storage tank levels.
Water Level & Temperature Monitoring: Detects water levels at the bottom of the tank and monitors product temperature through five temperature measurement points, providing additional information for tank condition management.
High-Precision Level Measurement: Delivers ±0.5 mm measurement accuracy, ±0.2 mm repeat accuracy, and 0.01 mm oil and water level resolution for precise tank measurement.
Long-Distance Data Communication: Transmits measurement data through an RS-485 interface with a maximum communication distance of up to 1200 m, supporting connection with compatible monitoring and management equipment.

How It Works

Step 1: Tank Sensor Installation
The sensing assembly is installed vertically inside the storage tank through the designated tank opening and positioned to accurately monitor the stored liquid.

↓

Step 2: Liquid Level Detection
The sensing system detects changes in the product level inside the tank and converts the measured position into accurate liquid-level data.

↓

Step 3: Water Level & Temperature Measurement
The system detects water accumulation at the bottom of the tank while five temperature measurement points collect product temperature data at different positions.

↓

Step 4: Signal Processing & Data Output
The collected measurement signals are processed by the monitoring system to generate product level, water level, and temperature information for further monitoring and management.

↓

Step 5: RS-485 Data Communication
Processed measurement data is transmitted through the RS-485 interface to connected monitoring or control equipment, enabling reliable data transmission over distances of up to 1200 m.

Installation

Site & Installation Assessment: Evaluate the tank structure, installation opening, surrounding environment, and cable routing to ensure the ATG Tank Monitor can be installed correctly and safely.

Probe & Sensor Deployment: Install the sensing assembly vertically inside the storage tank and ensure that the sensing section is correctly positioned for accurate product and water level measurement.

Power & Communication Connection: Connect the system to the required 24VDC power supply and establish the RS-485 communication connection with compatible monitoring or management equipment.

Calibration & Testing: After installation, verify sensor positioning, power supply, communication status, and measurement readings to ensure stable operation and accurate tank monitoring.
